By   /   Jan 13, 2015

Mac owners will finally be able to get their hands on The Sims 4 next month. This marks the Mac version to be releasing several months after the initial release on PC, that happened in September last year.

The announcement was made earlier today by EA through the game’s official Twitter account. There wasn’t much to share, except the release date and asking fans to “spread the news.”

According to Kotaku, those who already own the PC version will be able to download the Mac version for free. In the case that you need to purchase the game, The Sims 4 will be priced similarly to that of the PC.

The Mac version will not feature any new content or additional features.

As of today, players can purchase and download the Outdoor Retreat Game Pack which adds new items, outdoor activities and more for $19.99. F

eaturing plenty of camping-themed activities, players will find themselves exploring new locations, hiking through terrains and enjoying the great outdoors.
