By   /   Jan 7, 2015

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Killing Floor 2 for both PC and PlayStation 4 and to make their wait a little more bearable, developers have released a batch of new screenshots.

The first entry in the franchise was extremely brutal and this new one is no different. All newly released screenshots show extreme amount of blood which you will be witnessing once you get your hands on the game.

You can check out all the screenshots posted below:

As seen in the images, some new areas and weapons have made their way to the game. Fan favourite flamethrower will be making a comeback along with the shotguns, hammers, assault rifles and more.

Weapons have always been a critical part of the series, and developers during their previous dev diary confirmed that the new weapons for Killing Floor 2 will keep on coming out even after the initial release.

The team has also confirmed that each of your hit on an enemy can cause dismemberment (22 in total). Furthermore, there are over 95 death animations in the game which will vary in accordance to your weapon.

No fixed release date for Killing Floor 2 has been provided just yet, but it is expected to come out sometime in 2015 for PS4 and PC.

Looking forward to give it a try?
