Far Cry 4 Still Has Some Undiscovered Secrets, Alex Hutchinson
Finding Lost Letters, liberating Outposts, watching all Alternate Endings, and even attaining 100% game completion is not enough as the mysteries found in Far Cry 4 are more than what players have discovered so far, according to Ubisoft Montreal Creative Director, Alex Hutchinson.
Gaming world has its own versions of Sherlock Holmes who will not rest until they’ve scrounged every nook and cranny of the game world, looking for hidden Easter Eggs and secrets. Apparently, it seems like more secrets dwell in Kyrat than what most fans are led to believe.
Responding to a fan on Twitter, Far Cry 4 Alex Hutchinson stated that there are still some undiscovered secrets left in the game. He also quoted one, stating that players can kill Paul ‘De Pleur’ Harmon while returning to Banapur, though the missions tells them not to do so:
So there you have it! Do you think you’ve discovered everything Far Cry 4 has to offer? Well, think again! Some Easter Eggs in Halo 3 took players seven years to discover. Also make sure to check out our Far Cry 4 Guides Archive to attain 100% Game Completion and getting all Alternate Endings.
In related news, it seems like Hutchinson is a big fan of Sunset Overdrive, but couldn’t stop himself from comparing it to Assassin’s Creed. When asked why, he stated that both the games share a similar world structure with:
Each style of grind for move has a collectible associated; rewards for climbing towers; ‘reach high’ point telescopes; etc.
