Norman Reedus Says Silent Hills’ “Heavy Stuff” Still to be Shot

By   /   Dec 23, 2014

The last time we were discussing Silent Hills was in connection with the P.T. that a fan had turned into something gorgeous by running it on Unreal Engine 4.

Before that, it was in relation to a discussion whether the Xbox One version of the game could be a possibility or not.

This time however, news is more in terms of the development stage of the game. Norman Reedus, who is well known for his role in The Walking Dead is also being starred in the game and he was asked about the game as well as his experience with it.

In his response, he said that while he was super excited to be on the team, there was a lot more to come. Or in his words, the “heavy stuff” was still to be shot:

I’m super excited to be a part of that. Both those guys are geniuses at what they do . We haven’t shot the heavy stuff yet. Kojima approached me right after Guillermo did.

Well, that might not be a lot of intel into what state of development Silent Hills is in, but it sure tells us that if Norman Reedus is still to shoot the “heavy stuff,” it surely means that the more important chunks of the game are still to be done.

Don’t you think?

By the way, if you are a fan of Reedus you would want to read up on the complete AMA session that he held on Reddit. The guy sounds pretty cool.

As far as Silent Hills is concerned, the game is a PlayStation 4 exclusive that is yet to get a release date. Fingers crossed for something soon!
