The Order: 1886 Gets a Pretty Realistic Live Action Trailer

By   /   Dec 19, 2014

Live action trailers are trending these days, almost every major release has one. Be it Assassin’s Creed: Unity, Sunset Overdrive, Destiny or Driveclub. Since The Order: 1886 is one of the highly anticipated AAA title of 2015, how can it not get one too?

Sony has released a new live action trailer for the upcoming PS4 exclusive, The Order: 1886. Now, it’s pretty different from other live action trailers as it doesn’t have any ‘action’. Rather, you can see a reporter standing on a construction site in London, where the workers have discovered something strange.

While digging, the workers found the remains of a human skeleton, or should I say what looks like a human skeleton. The police investigates, and the skeleton is sent to the forensic lab. According to the results, the skeleton measures over 2 meters in length and bones are unlike any other human or non-human creature found on this planet.

The video is quite intriguing and raises your curiosity about The Order: 1886. As we know, that the game is based around the battle between humans and half-breed monsters, during the Victorian era.

The skeleton found in the construction site is also from the Victorian era which makes it obvious that this is a half-breed.

The trailer implies that the events of the Victorian era were covered up. Although, live action trailers are nothing new but this is a really unique and fresh concept to market the game.

The Order: 1886 is going to be available in February 2015 exclusively on PlayStation 4.
