Ubisoft Survey Asking Fans for Input on the Next Far Cry Game

By   /   Dec 17, 2014

Ubisoft is said to be sending out special surveys to selective uPlay users to ask their opinions on how to “improve the next Far Cry game”.

The existence of the survey came through a couple of postings on the Ubisoft forums. However, we still haven’t been able to pin point on what aspects did the survey ask the players to give their opinions on. I assume some questions were related to the game’s settings and if players would enjoy another Far Cry installment that’s set in the mountains or should the franchise head back into dense jungles.

The survey also suggests that Ubisoft has already begun work on the new Far Cry title (Supposedly Far Cry 5). Far Cry 4 was released last month on the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The game looked absolutely beautiful and was a sheer surprise amongst the slew of controversies and issues that plagued Ubisoft through all of its releases this year.

Following in with its abysmal Assassin’s Creed: Unity launch, many were afraid that the studio might mess up Far Cry 4 as well. The game however, had little problems at launch, with most being sorted out through regular updates.

So, what sort of game you would like to have next in Far Cry franchise? Share your views with us in the comments below.
