Add $60 On PSN Via PayPal And Get $10 In Credit
North American residents can take advantage of a current promotion between PayPal and Sony to get additional credit to use on the Playstation Store. Those who add $60 to their store credit through PayPal will be sent a voucher for $10 at a later date.
This deal is running until December 16, 2014. Once the needed money is sent to the account, users will be sent a voucher on December 23, 2014.
Voucher notifications will appear either through the Playstation 3 or Playstation 4 message system or through email. Be warned, however; the code needs to be redeemed before its expiration date on January 22, 2015.
More caveats are stipulated. An account can only take in a total of $150 of credit at one time, so in order to put another $60 on there, the balance prior to the addition needs to be $90 or fewer.
But wait, there’s more. You also need to be over 18 to do the whole adding bit, though it’s unlikely that this will be thoroughly checked.
It’s a lot simpler than all the bylines would make it appear though. If you have $60 on your PayPal, just fork it over to your Sony account and you’re good to go.
You can add credit through a normal browser, without the need of a console. To do so, sign in to the Sony Entertainment Network and click the wallet tab.
There, when clicking the top up button, it will ask you for a method. There’s an obvious PayPal button.
You’ll need to first add $10, then come back and select $50 more, since it’s rather finicky about putting on any amount you’d like.
