Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Events Announced for Japan

Pokemon fans will be excited to know that new Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire events have been announced for Japan.

On December 6, Pokemon fans can go to the Pokemon Center Tokyo, to download free Piplup and Froakie, both are level 7. However, Froakie will be available on December 7.

Apart from the event on December 6, two other events have also been announced. The first event will start on December 12. The event will be held at the Pokemon Center Tokyo and players will have the option to download either a shiny Pikachu or a shiny Charizard. This event will mark the closure of the Pokemon Center Tokyo.

Not to worry, a new Pokemon Center Mega will open in the same place.

The second Pokemon event will be held at Jump Festa 2015. On December 20th, players will have the opportunity to download Linoone. This pokemon will be a level 50. Its moveset has been confirmed as Helping hand, Extreme Speed, Baby Doll Eyes and Protect.

That’s not all, during the event a competition will be held. Although the name of the competition is not yet revealed but in-game items will be rewarded to the winners. We’ll let you know as soon as more information is revealed.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are now available in Japan, North America and EU for Nintendo’s 3DS.
