Uncharted 4’s Creative Director Teases Something for the Game Awards

By   /   Nov 27, 2014

Neil Druckmann, creative director of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, has teased something special for The Game Awards 2014.

“Saw a sneak peek of something that’s happening at @thegameawards that has me very excited,” he wrote on Twitter. “Can’t wait. See you on Friday, Vegas.”

Naughty Dog is known for making appearances at the VGAs and knocking everyone off their feet with special announcements. In this case there’s no denying that we’re going to be treated with something related to the new Uncharted installment.

It’s probably a new trailer and one that we’ll all be hoping to feature actual in-game footage. The Video Game Awards 2014 will take place on Friday, December 5 in Las Vegas.

That event will be followed by PlayStation Experience that will run from December 7 to 9. We’re in store for a lot of new announcements to end the year. I do, however, find it bizarre that Naughty Dog would be making their announcement at the VGAs instead of Sony’s PlayStation Experience.

Druckmann’s latest tease comes right after it was revealed that The Video Game Awards 2014 will act as the stage of a world premiere of Metal Gear Online.
