Star Citizen Achieves Another Milestone, New Number is $63 Million

Well, it’s not even a surprise anymore. Star Citizen has managed to surpass $63 million milestone with no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

More than 661,000 people have backed the game thus far, and with Cloud Imperium introducing something new with every million, I am sure there will be a lot more joining in the future.

Every million has brought something new to the table, but at the time of writing, it has not been updated what $63 milestone will bring to Star Citizen, but we will find out soon.

Original Kickstarter campaign for the game ended almost a couple of years ago, and after that all the funding was shifted to the game’s official website.

Since then, the development has come a long way and Cloud Imperium is well on its way to create the best space simulator title ever.

The popularity of the title was slowing down at one point, but since the reveal of first person module, more players have been drawn to the title.

The FPS module has been in development under a team named as Redacted, which held an AMA on Reddit where they answered multiple burning questions of the fans.

What is your take on the game’s popularity? Do you think it’s going to slow down anytime soon?
