Guilty Gear Xrd Demo is Live on PlayStation 4 for PS Plus Subscribers

Guilty Gear Xrd fans will be happy to know that a demo for the game is now live for PS4. The demo is around 2GB in size and shows us what this game has to offer.

According to a post on PS blog:

“Get an exclusive sneak peek at this revolutionary fighting game and take control of main characters, Sol Badguy and Ky Kyske, in this extreme, flashy return of one of the most legendary franchises in the fighting game universe.”

The demo will give players access to the Arcade mode of Guilty Gear Xrd and with it, the Ky Kyske and Sol Badguy storylines. After playing the demo, both new and seasoned Guilty Gear players will know what to expect from the full game.

In addition, players will also be able to access the Training mode, in which you can take control of Sol Badguy and learn extensively about his basic and advanced moves.

ARC System Works claimed that they combined their two famous 2D fighting games (Guilty Gear and Blazblue) into one, which resulted in Guilty Gear Xrd.

Guilty Gear Xrd demo is now available on PS4 in North America but similar to Japan,, it is only for PS Plus subscribers. The demo is available till December 8th. So far, there is no news regarding the demo’s release on EU.

Lastly, the full game will be released in both physical and digital forms, on Sony’s PS4 and PS3 starting December 16.
