Quantum Break Stars Lost and X-Men Actors, Remedy Has Confirmed
It might not have mattered to me as much as it matters now. Dominic Monaghan and Shawn Ashmore are going to be a part of the cast of Quantum Break!
The news was originally broken by Monaghan himself through his official Twitter profile and got confirmed later by the Twitter profile of Remedy Entertainment, the game developers.
If you have watched Lost, the TV series, you wouldn’t have forgotten Dominic. However, if you have, he played Charlie Pace – the drug addict rockstar. He also starred in X-Men Origins Wolverine as Chris Bradley aka Bolt.
As far as the gaming side is concerned, he has been a part of a couple of teasers for The Bureau: XCOM Declassified.
Moving on, Shawn Ashmore is best known for playing the Iceman (Bobby Drake) in the X-Men series. Other than that he also stars in TV series Animorphs and The Following.
Ashmore has also voiced Iceman in X-Men: The Official Game. So yes, apart from being well versed with acting and having performed interesting roles, both of them also have experience of working in videogames.

What makes this more interesting is the fact that they are going to star in Quantum Break, which is one game that I have been looking forward to ever since it was revealed back in May 2013.
In the past month or so, Remedy has been releasing gameplay demos for the game which means it is really getting somewhere. Want to know more?
Quantum Break is being developed as an Xbox One exclusive; it will be released sometime in 2015.
