Ubisoft Has Provided A Workaround For Assassin’s Creed: Unity Crashing Issue

By   /   Nov 21, 2014

Assassin’s Creed: Unity has been suffering from a lot of problems since its launch, and Ubisoft is working day in and day out to find their fix.

Today, a workaround for the game’s crashing issue has been released, and it is said to be working for the players.

If you are facing a problem, when the game just crashes after you press “continue” on the main menu, then you should remove all the contacts.

In order to remove the contacts, just follow the given steps:

My Brotherhood > My Contacts > Game Contacts (using RB/R1) > Focus on a Contact (LS) > More Actions (Y/Triangle) > Remove from contacts.

If you have survived this issue so far, then it is recommended that you do not add any in-game recent player as a game contact.

The developers ensure that work on a fix is currently going on, but until it is officially released, players will have to suffice with this workaround.

Ubisoft is taking Assassin’s Creed: Unity problems very seriously. Just a few days after launch, a live blog was created where players were invited to report all of their problems.

Fixes for the issues are slowly coming out, so the players will have to be patient. For more information regarding Assassin’s Creed: Unity problems and fixes, visit the game’s live blog.
