Project HON was announced back in 2011 and will finally be presented to the world at this year’s G-STAR gaming event, starting November 20th. However, before we get to see the game in full action in Korea. The developers have released a trailer and shared some key-features of the game.

The game comes from the TPS/FPS MMORPG genre and it is under development at TeamHon. As the above video suggests, the game features humanoid-based robots with abilities similar to the Transformers. Robots tearing each other apart? Who doesn’t want to see that, right?

More gameplay footage will be released later this week.

Players will take control of these robots. The role of each class and cooperation between members of the same team will play a crucial part in battle.

The shooting RPG will feature customization as well, so you can modify your machine according to your liking. These machines can share weapons and parts to transform themselves according to the need to the battlefield.

During initial development stage, Project HON was being created with the use to Unreal Engine 3 but later on the team shifted the game to Unreal Engine 4. This means we can expect some amazing visuals with an even impressive character design.

Maybe it’s just me, but the game is giving a pretty strong Transformers vibe. Which is a good things of course. What do you think of Project HON? Let us know in the comments below!
