The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Finished In 39:32 Minutes, New Record

By   /   Nov 14, 2014

Some of us have spent hundreds of hours into The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and never even got to see the whole story.

However, not everyone is looking to explore the large world of Bethesda’s RPG. A user who goes by the name of DrTChops has managed to finish the entire story of the game in a total of 39:32 minutes, setting a new record.

The record as awesome as it seems is not that far behind the previous one. Previous record holder “MrWalrus” was beaten by mere 9 seconds; his final time was 39:41.

Although Skyrim’s story is not as long as other RPGs but still, ending the whole thing in less than an hour is quite an achievement.

Do note that in speed runs like these, load times are not taken into consideration, only the playtime. You can check out the whole walkthrough in the Twitch stream posted above.

The story of the game is set in the world of Skyrim, which has come under attack by Dragons led by Alduin. You, being a Dragon born have multiple abilities, which will help you beat Alduin and restore order throughout the country.

If, for some reason, you have missed out on the amazing experience of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, then I strongly recommend you to give it a try.
