Assassin’s Creed: Unity Will Receive Patch Updates to Fix Various Issues

By   /   Nov 13, 2014

The launch of Assassin’s Creed: Unity didn’t go as smoothly as one might have hoped for. The players encountered several frame rate issues, helix credit problems, match-making issues and other graphical concerns.

Ubisoft has taken note of these problems and has launched an official blog, where all the players’ queries will be addressed. The next patch for the game will fix the following concerns:

  • Arno falling through the ground
  • Game crashing when joining a co-op session
  • Arno getting caught inside of hay carts
  • Delay in reaching the main menu screen at game start

Developers in their first post mentioned that they are well aware of the problems that players are facing and few of the most reported problems are listed below:

  • Frame rate issues
  • Graphical and collision issues
  • Matchmaking co-op issues
  • Helix Credits issues

Ubisoft assures that the fix for the aforementioned concerns is in works and more details on them will be provided in the coming days.

The issues in final product are quite disappointing for the players because they expect the game to be polished enough, when they pay their hard earned money for it.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity upon its launch has been highly criticized due these issues, but the new take on Paris and some new gameplay mechanics have been appreciated.
