Assassin’s Creed: Unity Outfits and Equipment Unlock Guide – How To

Outfits and Equipment in Assassin’s Creed: Unity can either be purchased or unlocked by meeting certain requirements. There are several outfits and five types of equipment in the game: Head, Chest, Forearms, Waist, and Legs.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity Outfits and Equipment

Arno can change his appearance from either Character Customization Menu or from Gear Loadout statue in any Café.

These pieces of equipment contain several modifiers which can ameliorate Arno’s characteristics in different ways, e.g. increased HP, increased damage output, etc. Therefore, it’s crucial that you pay heed to these modifiers and only equip those pieces which complement your unique playstyle.

In this guide, I’ll talk about how you can unlock different pieces of equipment along with different outfits.

Head Equipment

Arno’s Original Hood
This head equipment is unlocked by default and is upgraded for 200 sync points.

Leipzig Regiment Hood
This head equipment is unlocked as a DLC or preorder bonus and is upgraded for 200 sync points.

Siege of Maastricht Hood
This head equipment is unlocked as a DLC or preorder bonus and is upgraded for 200.

Handmade Head Equipment

  • Handmade Prowler Hood – This head equipment is unlocked for 245 and is upgraded for 500.
  • Handmade Sans–Culottes Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for and is upgraded for 500.
  • Handmade Napoleonic Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 270 and is upgraded for 500.
  • Handmade Medieval Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 260 and is upgraded for 500.
  • Handmade Bourgeois Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 230 and is upgraded for 500.

Tailored Head Equipment

  • Arno’s Tailored Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Co–op Mission: The Food Chain and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Sans–Culottes Hood – This head equipment is find inside a chest in the Invalides sub–district and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Prowler Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing 15 Crowd Events and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Medieval Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Sequence 06, Memory 02 and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Phantom Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by Companion App, Invalides mission reward and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Musketeer Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 900 and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Military Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 1,060 and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Brigand Hood – This head equipment is found inside a chest in the Panthéon sub–district and is upgraded for 1,000.
  • Tailored Bourgeois Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by collecting all artifacts from Ventre de Paris and is upgraded for 1,000.

Improved Head Equipment

  • Improved Prowler Hoo – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 4,900 and is upgraded for 2,000.
  • Improved Napoleonic Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Co–op Mission: Les Enragés and is upgraded for 2,000.
  • Improved Medieval Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 5,150 and is upgraded for 2,000.
  • Improved Phantom Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 5,000 and is upgraded for 2,000.
  • Improved Military Hood – This head equipment is unlocked completing Co–op Mission: The Austrian Conspiracy and is upgraded for 2,000.
  • Improved Brigand Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Co–op Mission: The Infernal Machine and is upgraded for 2,000.
  • Improved Bourgeois Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 4,600 and is upgraded for 2,000.

Master Head Equipment

  • Arno’s Master Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Co–op Mission: Jacobin Raid and is upgraded for 2,000.
  • Master Sans–Culottes Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Co–op Mission: Women’s March and is upgraded for 5,000.
  • Master Phantom Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Co–op Mission: The Tournament and is upgraded for 5,000.
  • Master Musketeer Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 22,500 and is upgraded for 5,000.
  • Master Military Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 26,500 and is upgraded for 5,000.
  • Master Brigand Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 23,500 and is upgraded for 5,000.
  • Master Bourgeois Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 23,000 and is upgraded for 5,000.

Legendary Head Equipment

  • Legendary Sans–Culottes Hood – This head equipment is unlocked as a Club Competition Reward (or for 165,000) and is upgraded for 10,000.
  • Legendary Prowler Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by default for 130,000 and is upgraded for 10,000.
  • Legendary Napoleonic Hood – This head equipment is unlocked as a Club Competition Reward (or for 165,000) and is upgraded for 10,000.
  • Legendary Medieval Hood – This head equipment is unlocked as a Club Competition Reward (or for 160,000) and is upgraded for 10,000.
  • Legendary Phantom Hood – This head equipment is unlocked by completing Sequence 09, Memory 02 and is upgraded for 10,000.
  • Legendary Musketeer Hood – This head equipment is unlocked as a Club Competition Reward (or for 140,000) and is upgraded for 10,000.
  • Legendary Military Hood – This head equipment is unlocked as a Club Competition Reward (or for 160,000) and is upgraded for 10,000.
