Halo 5: Guardians Leaked Gameplay Video Shows Sprinting and more

By   /   Nov 10, 2014

Just recently we reported that a cut-scene from Halo 5: Guardians was leaked, showing the new character, Agent Locke in action.

If that wasn’t enough, more Halo 5 gameplay footage has been leaked online. At the moment, the origin of this leak is not known but the footage shows us something interesting.

Imagine aiming down sight and sprinting in Halo 5: Guardians? Yeah, you read that right. The authenticity of these videos is further solidified by a couple of tweets from 343 Industries founder Bonnie Ross:

“Leaks are always fun. Tune into #halofest for more on halo 5. Play it at the fest, play in Dec beta and give your thoughts.”

In another tweet, Josh Holmes confirmed some of the details leaked through the videos. According to him, there is no penalty for hip fire in Halo 5 along with no movement penalty while scoping/zooming.

Viewers can tune in to Xbox.com, Twitch.com and Xbox Live for Halofest. The event will feature developer interviews, the first episode of Halo: Nightfall and first gameplay from Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta.

Halo 5 beta will kick off on December 29 and will go all the way till January 18. Players wanting to get access to the beta should grab a copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
