Advanced Warfare: Michael Condrey Talks About Upcoming Improvements
The highly anticipated Call of Duty Advanced Warfare hit the market shelves just yesterday and now comes the time of patches and updates in order to make changes, additions and improvements to the game.
Sledgehammer seems hard at work right now on a bunch of tweaks to improve performance and Michael Condrey took to reddit and stated:
“It’s Day One, and we’re actively listening for ways to make Advanced Warfare even better.”
He also listed a number of upcoming tweaks the developers are currently working on:
- MP chat icon size and placement.
- Kill confirmed score limit
- Camo challenge tuning
- Prestige emblem reset
- Speed reload timing
- 2XP messaging
- Score mismatch when player leaves public lobby. (Doesn’t affect Combat Record)
- COD Vision team color improvements
Condrey asked fans to give their feedback and be vocal about what changes and improvements they want to see in Advanced Warfare, so that it can be “the best community built game to date.”
Among other things, some redditors have asked Condrey to implement dictated servers, so that they can have a lag free and stable connection while playing with others.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been well received by the fans and critics alike and the game seems like a step in the right direction for the franchise. Hopefully, we will see even more innovative installments in the future.
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare is now available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows PC.
