CI Games seems committed enough in fixing issues related to its recently released title Lords of The Fallen. The developer has released a new patch 1.2 for the game on PC, which fixes a bunch of issues reported by the community.

According to the changelog of patch 1.2, the APEX DLL issue has been addressed which some users have been experiencing.

Patch 1.2 brings game stability and fixes the catacombs door spawn point. You can see the entire changelog below:

  • Improved game stability
  • Advanced display settings are now saved after restart
  • Fixed Catacombs door spawn point
  • Fixed Catacombs pit issue- unfortunately, the fix does not get you out of the hole; it prevents occurrence of the issue.

In order to download the patch, just restart your game and it prompt you to update Lords of The Fallen to version 1.2.

CI games has also stated that they are currently working to a another patch to further improve game stability and to address some gameplay issues. However, they haven’t revealed any release date or even a release window for this new patch.

Lords of The Fallen has been compared to the Souls games and has received mixed views from the fans and critics. In my opinion, it’s a descent experience if you are ready to consider it something more than just a clone.

Lords of The Fallen is now available for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
