Far Cry 4 Gets Another Story Trailer

By   /   Nov 4, 2014

Ubisoft seemingly will continue pumping out story trailers for Far Cry 4 until the game’s release date later this month.

The latest video is just under the three minutes mark and once again tells how you, Ajay Ghale, end up in Kyrat to fulfill your mother’s last wish. Upon reaching the fictional country set in the Himalayas, you find yourself in the cross hairs of Pagan Min.

The rebels risen from the small country to fight against the oppressive dictator end up asking you for help. As we’ve seen from the previous Far Cry titles, we’re not one to decline such an offer.

The new video also shows us the beautiful environments which we’ll be exploring, as well as the wild beasts that we’d best stay away from, unless we decide on a hunt of course. There are glimpses of combat, with one showing a guy being blasted from the top of a tower by a double-barreled shotgun.

Ubisoft has already clarified an earlier statement that was taken out of context and suggest that the multiplayer portion will be locked behind a paywall.

According to the developer, the season pass will only add a new multiplayer mode. Players don’t have to purchase the season pass to be able to play online.

Far Cry 4 is looking really impressive and will release on November 18 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
