Attack on Titan to Get Marvel Characters Crossover, Spiderman Confirmed

By   /   Nov 4, 2014

The last we heard of Attack on Titan was back in October when rumors were afloat that the game adaptation of the famed anime series might get a western release some time down the line.

If that is true, the number of people who would be glad to hear the latest should grow a multifold. Coming to the story in question; haven’t you ever wondered what would it feel like to play some of your favorite Marvel heroes in a title like this one by Spike Chunsoft?

Whether your answer is yes or not, you are going to get a taste of some of the popular Marvel characters in the upcoming Japanese title as a crossover! It is happening in two weeks!

Talent scout for Marvel, C. B. Cebulski took to his official Twitter profile and announced that you were soon going to find out how the Marvel universe characters would defend themselves against the titans:

I loved ‘Marvel Team-Up’ and ‘What If?’ as a kid. I would spend hours dreaming up my own crossovers & alternate reality stories. As I got more into manga, I always imagined how cool it would be for the Marvel characters to cross into the pages of manga worlds.

If you ever wondered, “What if the titans from Hajime Isayama’s Attack on Titan attacked the Marvel universe?” you’ll find out soon!!

He also shared a teaser image to make sure you didn’t take this as a joke (see above), while also confirming the first character: Spiderman!

So what do you think? Wouldn’t it be great to see how the two worlds collide? Let us know what else would you like the developers to try in the Attack on Titan crossover.
