Dragon Age: The Last Court Browser-Based Game Announced
Dragon Age: The Last Court is a browser-based game that will tie-in with the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition title.
Announced by London-based developer Failbetter Games who is best known for its work on the adventure title Fallen London, Dragon Age: The Last Court will be playable “soon” via the Dragon Age Keep, BioWare’s own web-based experience where you build a backstory for your Inquisition save file.
Players play to be the ruler of Serault, described as “an eccentric fiefdom at the farthest ends of Orlais”. There are a lot of managerial aspects where you manage our citizens, look after their concerns and well being, settle the court, pick your friends, and rule to shape the land’s future.
The studio has also teased that Dragon Age: The Last Court will feature familiar faces from past BioWare’s games.
Mention of the game came up early this year in February for the first time where Failbetter teased working with BioWare. Right now a couple of YouTube channels have been given early access to the game and you can watch the gameplay in one such video above.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is scheduled for release on November 18 for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC.
