The Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Bundles Gives You Extra Potions Only

By   /   Oct 27, 2014

A special Pokemon dual pack has been announced by Nintendo that bundles copies of both Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire for the price of $79.99.

The news might come strange knowing that each game independently costs $39.99 anyway and so consumers will end up paying the same amount. So why would you purchase this bundle and not the games independently? The only incentive is that you’ll receive extra lotions.

“Starting a new Pokemon game with 100 extra potions is a treat for players who want to be well-stocked for their epic journey through the Hoenn region,” Nintendo said.

You’ll be provided with two codes that will add 100 potions each when redeemed through the eShop. It would had been far more attractive if Nintendo had dropped down the price of the bundle by either $5 or $10. Since that’s what we usually expect when hearing about a ‘special’ bundle.

The bundle will be exclusive to Best Buy if you’re interested in purchasing a physical copy. As for a digital one, Nintendo will be selling the pack through Amazon and its eShop.

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are “reimagined” versions of Ruby and Sapphire, which launched for Game Boy Advance more than ten years ago in 2003. The two role-playing games are scheduled for release on November 21.

The special 3DS bundle will also be available on the same day.
