Nintendo Celebrates The Launch of Pokemon Art Academy

By   /   Oct 24, 2014

As you know Pokemon Art Academy has launched today and Nintendo has announced their plans to celebrate this special occasion. Nintendo will be hosting a special celebratory event in New York at their Nintendo World Store.

Pokemon Art Academy is available only at Nintendo 3DS, and it teaches players to draw and create Pokemon from any region. If you are a fan of Pokemon and are into drawing, it’s time to put your creative hats on.

Artists of various skill levels can learn to draw Pokemon with the help of a simple step by step guide which gets more complex as you develop your skills.

Many fan favorite images are available in the game, including Torchic, Treecko, and a Pokemon from the upcoming Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Mudkip.

Once you are done with your image, it gets printed on a Pokemon card along with your custom signature (how cool is that?). Creators will be able to easily share their creations directly with friends on Miiverse using their Nintendo 3DS.

Furthermore, all the images you create on Pokemon Art Academy can be transferred to an SD-card if you would like to see them on a bigger screen.

Pokemon Art Academy is now available exclusively for Nintendo 3DS for the price of $29.99.
