The Last of Us: Game of the Year Edition Hits PS3 Next Month

By   /   Oct 23, 2014

The Last of Us: Game of the Year Edition will be available on the PlayStation 3 from November 11 next month, Sony has announced today.

The announcement so far has only been made for Europe and while Sony has not mentioned when and if the game will arrive in other territories, we’d like to think it will. It’s likely that by the time this post is published, a North American release will also be cited.

The Last of Us: Game of the Year Edition will come with all previously released DLC packs:

  • Left Behind – Delve into Ellie’s past in this single-player prequel chapter
  • Abandoned Territories & Reclaimed Territories – Fight for survival in eight multiplayer maps
  • Grounded Mode – A harder single-player difficulty mode

It will retail for €39.99 and is a great opportunity for those who have yet to experience the incredible storytelling of Naughty Dog.

Those wondering why it is releasing just for the PlayStation 3, know that a remastered version of The Last of Us is available on PlayStation 4 across the world. It includes all previously released DLC packs and also features highly improved graphics.
