Advanced Warfare has a Field of View Slider, Sledgehammer has Confirmed
The last time I checked, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare had received a launch trailer putting it straight on the path of release which is only a fortnight away. However, you might not know just about everything that there is in the game!
For instance, the developer Sledgehammer Games has revealed only recently that their upcoming shooter is also going to have a Field of View Slider.
The news was shared on the Steam page of the game alongside the minimum system requirements of the game and happens to be the only addition made to the list that reads:
Additional Notes: Field of View ranges from 65°-90°
Talking off, the minimum PC requirements for the game were shared recently by the developers and if you have not been able to get your hands on them so far, you can check them out here.
The only other thing that is notable at this point is news that the PS4 version of the game is going to take up around 42.6GB which is a little less than the 45.84GB space that the Xbox One version is expected to take.
While the FOV Slider is a very small feature but it certainly is something that every FPS player will welcome with open arms because unlike the latest iteration, Ghosts didn’t come with an FOV Slider which is why it required an external fix.
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare is currently being developed for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
The first person shooter is going to get a Day Zero Edition on November 3 while the game will get an international release on November 4. The Japanese markets are going to get it a little late i.e. on November 13.
