Driveclub Patch 1.04 Reduces Server Traffic to Improve Multiplayer, Details Inside

By   /   Oct 16, 2014

The launch of Driveclub didn’t go as smoothly as Evolution would have hoped for as the game encountered several server problems, some pre-order installation issues and few small bugs.

However, the developers are committed to remove all these problems and give players a smooth ride in the game and to do that, they have released patch 1.04 which reduces the server load, so that more people can play online.

The scheduled events of multiplayer that sometime disappeared for no reason have also been fixed with the latest patch. Finally, this patch fixes incorrect target times/scires from showing up in Drift Events and Time Trial.

The developers are taking small steps toward fixing the game and we hope that the multiplayer of Driveclub will become accessible to all the players sooner rather than later.

Evolution Studios apologized to the fans on the game’s Facebook page as they wrote that this recent update will improve the overall gaming experience, but they’re sorry for the inconvenience that they have caused to the game’s owners.

We’re glad that more of you are getting to play online but we are sorry that many players are still having a hard time getting connected. We are working around the clock to improve connectivity and will keep you informed as we continue to make progress.
