Lindsay Lohan Has Filed a New 67 Page Complaint Against Take-Two and Rockstar

It looks like the previous 10 page lawsuit wasn’t enough to do the job so may be this new 67 page complaint might do the trick. Lindsay Lohan is continuing her fight against GTA V publisher Take-Two Interactive and developer Rockstar. The 28 years old actress has filed another hefty complaint against the companies.

Lindsay Lohan claims that the developers allegedly used her image on busses, coffee mugs and other merchandise to promote and advertise their game.

“common interest among all celebrities, actors, singers, and athletes … to protect their likeness and personas from misappropriation by unscrupulous merchandisers.”

The complaint features 45 pages of picture evidence including an image of a game disc featuring a blonde bikini wearing woman. The whole document is considered as extensive evidence by Lohan’s lawyers.

In the complaint, they stated:

“The Defendants were in the business of selling games as opposed to artists displaying artwork in galleries for profit where unauthorized images or portraits of individuals were reproduced in limited editions as opposed to the mass production for commercial promotion and financial gain.”

In July, Lohan filed a lawsuit in New York Against the makers of GTA V claiming that they used a character of her likeness in the game, called Lacey Jones. To which the defendants requested the case to be dismissed at it was “meritless” and filed for publicity.

Rockstar and Take-Two are in no mood for settling and will fight these allegations. Even with this latest complaint, it is unlikely that Lindsay Lohan will get anything out of this. We’ll keep you updated as soon as the story develops further.

What is your take on it? Do you believe her? Or do you feel that this is all a publicity stunt?
