Tekken 7 has received some new screenshots and a gameplay video that showcase a new character, few returning characters, rage system and more.

Check out the images in the gallery below:

One of the above images is telling about rage mode, which became part of the series in Tekken 6 and it is activated when your health is below a certain point.

Furthermore, the images introduce a new tech move, which will allow you to counter any move of the opponent. The other screenshots reveal Tekken-Net features and Tekken 7 ranking system.

The characters who have been confirmed with these screenshots are Kazuya, Heihachi, Lars, Lili, Paul, King, Leo, Feng, Hwoarang, Asuka, Alisa, Law, Ling, Steve Fox and Dragonov. A new character shown in the last screen is named Claudio.

Apart from the screenshots, Tekken 7 has received an off screen gameplay video as well from the location tests and it is looking a bit similar to the previous entry in the series.

The game is being developed using Unreal Engine 4 and it will be released in the Asian arcades later this year.

It is safe to assume that the game will come to Xbox One and PS4, while there are some rumors which suggest that Tekken 7 might be coming to PC as well.
