Kingdom Hearts 3 director Tetsuya Nomura spoke about the development of the game and stated something about a “burning anger” is his heart while working on Kingdom Hearts 3.

He shared his comments in the Kingdom Hearts Ultimania Book which got released today and contains a guide full of content from every single Kingdom Hearts game. Nomura said that he is funneling the anger in his heart towards what he creates.

“If I had to pick, I am a person more on the dark side like Xehanort and co., I harness the burning anger in my heart into what I create.”

Also, he stated that the development of Kingdom Hearts 3 has exploded and he had the exact same “explosive mindset” while creating the first game in the series. He further added that his ongoing battles will also allow Sora and his friends challenge themselves.

“In Kingdom Hearts III as well, I am scheming many challenges that Sora and his friends must overcome, because I myself cannot lose either. And in preparation for the great battle that lies ahead, we have this one book that looks back on their entire journey.”

Tetsuya Nomura is no longer a part of Final Fantasy XV and he seems fully focused and invested in his current project. With the director fired up, we might be in for a memorable Kingdom Hearts experience when the game eventually comes out.
