No Plans for Weekend Support Type Gameplay in Dragon Age Inquisition for Now
Neil Thompson, the director of art and animation at Bioware was part of a twitch live stream of the Eurogamer Expo. During the live stream he answered a few questions about Bioware’s highly anticipated title Dragon Age Inquisition.
Also, he revealed that many of the people working of Dragon Age: inquisition have previously worked on Mass Effect 3. As you know, Mass Effect 3 was praised for its multiplayer and the game featured multiplayer weekend support.
During the live stream, Thompson was asked if Dragon Age: Inquisition will follow in the steps of Mass Effect 3 and have multiplayer weekend support. Thompson stated that even though it is a really good idea and they can plan for it to be in the game, but the team working on the game hasn’t thought about it so far.
He further shared that after the huge success of Mass Effect 3 they have concerns regarding the reception of Dragon Age: Inquisition.
There is no denying that the weekend support was a unique idea atleast so we might see the implementation of this in Dragon Age and the next Mass Effect.
Starting November 18 in North America, fans will be able to get their hands on the Dragon Age Inquisition for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
