Dragon Age: Inquisition – New Video Highlights Crafting

BioWare has released a new Dragon Age: Inquisition video which focuses on the crafting mechanics found in the game.

The studio promises that “crafting and customization in Inquisition are the deepest in the series.” The video gives us a good look at the alchemy system, rare materials being applied to weapons and utilizing schematics for armor crafting.

They video comes only two days after a special live stream where the developer showcased the game’s character creation tool, which in all was pretty impressive.

Compared to previous Dragon Age titles, the latest one boasts far more options for players to rifle through and create their character.

You can watch the video here, which also includes plenty of gameplay, the showing of some of the game’s armor schematics, a brand new region, and off course another look at the combat which now carries more weight.

In previous titles, players rarely had to think out confrontations but in Inquisition, the strategy pause mode is going to come in really handy.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is scheduled for release on November 18 for all major platforms – PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.

The title was originally planned for a release last year but was then delayed to fall this year in order to give the developer more development time.
