No Rush Mode For Battlefield Hardline, Will Ship with 7 Modes Playable on 9 Maps
Earlier this month, Steve Papoutsis the General Manager of Visceral Games confirmed via his Twitter account that the famous Rush Mode will not be a part of the upcoming Battlefield Hardline.
Rush will be missed but the cops vs criminal Battlefield game will surely keep us busy. According to Papoutsis, Battlefield Hardline will be shipped with 7 different game modes on 9 different maps (enough Battlefield action for you?). He revealed the news in an interview with youtube personality Jackfrags.
Currently, 6 game modes have been announced including Hotwire, Rescue. Heist, Blood Money, Conquest and Team Death Match which means there is still one more game mode yet to be revealed, what will it be?.
Players who were disappointed by numerous issues and bugs in Battlefield 4 should rest assured that Hardline is nothing alike and will be in complete working order at launch.
According to Visceral Games, they take “shipping a complete game pretty seriously.” Hopefully that is true and we will have a smooth Battlefield experience.
But we don’t have to take their word for it, we can try the game ourselves and decide because an open beta for Battlefield Hardline will begin in January for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The company is not yet sure if the beta will be available for last-gen consoles.
Battlefield Hardline will be available in February for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC
