Battlefield 4: Trial Version on PS3 Grants You 1 Week of Free Play
PlayStation Plus members can now try out Battlefield 4 on their PlayStation 3 console for free.
By the time of reading, the PlayStation Store should have been refreshed to show the new update. Simply search for “Battlefield 4” and then select “Battlefield 4 – Full Game Trial.” Download, install and play as much as you can for up to a total of 168 hours. That’s a full week.
The trial version will give you full access to the game’s single-player campaign, as well as its 64-player multiplayer mode. You can potentially end the campaign and blow up tanks online and still have plenty of time left to try out other stuff.
Battlefield 4 has been a sad story for DICE. The game was indeed a step up in the warfare category but failed to meet industry standards at the time of release. As a broken title, there have been a constant barrage of complaints about the game’s netcode and a slew of other problems.
For the past year, the developer has been busy in releasing patches after patches, the recent one being a monstrous one that claims to have fixed the netcode. However, all of that is on the PC platform.
As far as I’ve read, the console has had a better time with the game.
