The Crew Closed Beta For PS4 and Xbox One Begins Tomorrow
The console beta for Ubisoft’s upcoming racer, The Crew, will arrive tomorrow for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
“Mark your calendar, our Closed Beta on consoles is coming on September 30th! http://www.thecrewgame.com/beta,” tweeted the game’s official page.

Last week, Creative Director Julian Gerighty confirmed that the game would require a constant Internet connection for players to play. The game is only multiplayer and in case of your ISP conking out, players will no longer be able to participate in races and so on.
He also revealed that The Crew boasts around 6000 square kilometers of the road for players to burn rubber on. The best part is that there will be no loading sequences so players can potentially drive from coast to coast without experiencing any kind of transitioning effect.
The Crew is scheduled for release on November 11 in North America and three days later in Europe for the PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The game won’t be ported over to the PS3 or Wii U.
