Assassin’s Creed: Rogue EGX Gameplay Shows Naval Combat, Assassins and More
Assassin’s Creed: Rogue has received new gameplay footage at this year’s EGX, which showcase naval battles, taking on Assassins, settlements take over and a lot more.
In the beginning of the video, you are in control of a ship and soon you get attacked by some enemies which are taken down rather easily due to the weaponry available on the ship. Those of you, who have played Black Flag will feel right at home with this game as the combat mechanics are very much the same.
However, not everything is alike as there are different types of enemies, including snipers who will be able to spot you from a long distance and can alert the whole base of your presence.
It was also revealed during EGX presentation that players will not be able to stay in the water for too long, which is situated near the icy glaciers and mountains.
Furthermore, Assassin’s Creed: Rogue will let you intercept the pigeons sent by the Assassin’s Brotherhood, so that you can find out what exactly they are planning.
Also, There will be new types of missions in the game, where you will be tasked to take down assassins before they reach the targeted Templar and it will not be as simple as it sounds.
Assassin’s Creed: Rogue is going to hit the stores on 11th of November for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
