Bloodborne was Only Possible On PS4, Says Game’s Director

PS4 exclusive Bloodborne is going to get released next year, but there were a lot of people that were asking why the game has been made exclusive to one platform, to which the game’s director, Hidetaka Miyazaki has responded by saying that this game was only possible on PlayStation 4.

I always wanted to make a game set in the Victorian era, but to make it look good – with all the clothing and the architecture and things – required a console more powerful than the ones that were around. The arrival of the PS4 finally gave us that. Bloodborne isn’t a game that could have been cross-generation, it was only possible on PS4.

The owners of PlayStation 4 must be really delighted to hear that and they will be even more happy when they get to play the game next year.

Bloodborne was a big part of this year’s Tokyo Game Show as we got a lot of information regarding the game including its release date, collector’s edition and 30 minutes of gameplay demo.

PlayStation 4 users will just have to wait for few more months to get their hands on Bloodborne, as it is going to release on 6th of February, 2015.
