They launched an Assassin’s Creed Unity tie in experience called Project Widow that lets you virtually walk the streets of modern day Paris.

If you go to the official website of Project Widow, you will be taken to multiple areas of the city of love, including The Bastille, Notre Dame and Place de la Concorde which you can experience in a 360 degree street level view

Along with the visual treat, the tour will be narrated by Andy Serkis, the legendary actor who is famed for his roles in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and in Lord of the Rings movies where he voiced Gollum.

The project has been developed by Biff New Media and Villain and Co. in collaboration with Ubisoft.

Ubisoft United Kingdom’s digital marketing manager Mark Bassett commented on the project calling it a ‘great digital concept:’

The night walk is a great digital concept and delivers an exciting online experience in anticipation of the blockbuster video game, Assassin’s Creed Unity.

The teams at Biff New Media and Villain and Co have truly embraced bringing the game’s setting to life for consumers in an exciting, shareable and innovative way.
