Wasteland 2 Generates $1.5 Million In Five Days

By   /   Sep 24, 2014

Wasteland 2 launched just five days ago and has already managed to generate 1.5m USD in revenue. Being one of the most anticipated games to release on PC, it was very much expected to reach such a milestone.

Any developer would be excited by such a news and Inxile Entertainment’s Brian Fargo is no different: “We are ecstatic that the style of game we love so much has been embraced so well.”

Wasteland 2 took its sweet time to develop as the developers didn’t want to release the unfinished game as it would have caused more problems for them.

After its successful Kickstarter campaign, the game was set to launch in October of 2013 but due to large focus of the title, it was delayed to 2014 and finally got released last Friday.

The release of Wasteland 2 was welcomed by the backers and the fans, who were eagerly waiting for the game to see the light of day.

The game after its launch has been receiving positive feedback from the players who are appreciating the game for its exciting world, interesting characters and bunch of stuff there’s to do.

Last five days have been kind to Wasteland 2 and we will see what the future has in store for this new title as the time goes on.
