Dark Souls 2 Crown of the Ivory King DLC Delayed for a Week
Dark Souls 2 would have made mountains of dead bodies if all the dead characters were collected and piled up; and the fun hasn’t ended yet.
After overwhelming tons of people with the deadly tough action, the developer From Software is now releasing downloadable content packs for it. The latest of them, Crown of the Ivory King DLC was supposed to go live tomorrow, however fans would have to wait for a week more.
The concluding part of The Lost Crowns trilogy, Dark Souls 2 Crown of the Ivory King DLC was actually supposed to go live today, but now you will be able to buy it a week later for $9.99.
The DLC in question is supposed to be the third and expansion for the game. It takes you to a snow capped, frozen land where you will have to face the snowstorms before they face the deadly monsters that are expected to be as chilly as the ice itself.
With Dark Souls 2 Crown of the Ivory King DLC, you are also going to get ‘followers,’ who will be AI characters allied to you. They will be your helpers in battles against the boss, and you will get to increase their number one at a time.
Dark Souls 2 released to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on March 11 in United States, March 13 in Japan and March 14 in the PAL region. The Microsoft Windows version was released eventually on April 24 this year.
After the delay, Crown of the Ivory King DLC will now be released on September 30 for Steam, and Xbox Live and on October 1 for PlayStation Network.
