Bayonetta 2 Gets New Artwork Showing Game’s Cast and One Unknown Character

By   /   Sep 19, 2014

Bayonetta 2 is going to launch tomorrow in Japan and just before that, Platinum Games has shared some new images of the upcoming title showcasing the artwork that was done for the game’s cast.

First, the character from the original Bayonetta named Luka has been shown and in the sequel, he will have a bit mature look to show that he has overcome his troubled past and is now “more of a man.”

Another character making a return in Bayonetta 2 is Enzo and developer notes that his design was the easiest to make in comparison to other characters. The biggest change to him this time around is the color of his clothes, which are now changed into dark red color from green.

Third character revealed through concept art is Rodin, who is an arms dealer and he has been given quite a badass look to suit his profession.

Finally, an unnamed witch is shown wearing clothes of Bayonetta but her face is covered, so there is no way to tell who she actually is, but we will find out when the game hits the stores next month. Meanwhile, check out artwork for the aforementioned characters in the images below:

Bayonetta 2 is going to launch in Japan tomorrow, while the western release is scheduled to happen on 24th of October, exclusively for Wii U.
