NBA 2K15 Gets New Legends, Challenges and Auction House Detailed as Well
Are you content with the revamped player ratings that 2K Sports released for NBA 2K15 recently?
If not, we have some new details that would cheer you up. First off, the developers have confirmed some new legends for the game; secondly we have more details on the new Challenges feature and the Auction House feature.
MyTeam is not going to be the same as it used to be previously, we now have a new ‘Challenges’ system. So for churning up tournaments, it will get you single player games where you will be met with new challengers every week.
They will pop up according to the NBA events of the timeline. Also, the system implements a ‘what if,’ scenario approach to the match ups.
As far as the Auction House is concerned, it is going to give you one hell of a chance to duplicate your cards.
Working as real life online retailer, it lets you put up players for sale on auction and gives you a time limit for it. This takes the strings away from the game and to the players.
Last but not the least, the developers have announced six new legends, and we are expecting that they will be releasing a lot more in the days to come. Here’s the list:
- Bernard King
- Rick Berry
- Tom Chambers
- Kevin Johnson
- Bob Cousy
- Nate Archibald
Well it might have been too late to see them play as active NBA athletes but hey we have NBA 2K15 for that don’t us? So tell us, what other legendary players do you wish to see in the game?
NBA 2K15 is being developed for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. A worldwide release is planned for the title on October 7, 2014.
