NBA Live 15 Delayed Until October 28, Tactical Decision?

EA Sports NBA Live 15 has been delayed so those who were eagerly waiting for it will have to be a little more patient.

EA sports shared the news through their blog in an open letter saying that the team had put in a lot of work into the game over the past year and will be taking a few more weeks (two weeks to be exact) to polish the game so they can insure that a great experience is offered to the players.

Delaying the game and saying we need time to “Polish The Game” is the trend going around in the industry these days. Same words were used to delay Driveclub and Battlefield Hardlines as well. I feel, if they can make a better product with a little more time then it’s not a bad thing at all, is it?

Considering that their competition is the incredible looking NBA 2K15, the team at EA has to bring their A-Game and should take their time to improve the visuals and gameplay elements as much as they can before releasing the game in the market.

NBA Live was previously said to launch on October 7, for a head on collision with the release date of NBA 2K15 but now the delay pushed the game’s release to October 28. Tactical decision?

The title will only be available on Xbox One and PS4. What do you have to say about the delay? Share with us in the comments section below!
