Batman: Arkham Knight Releases in June 2015, Two Collector’s Editions Announced

Batman: Arkham Knight will release on June 2, 2015, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today.

According to the publisher, the game really was intended to release later this year. However, the team decided on utilizing more time to polish the game further and so the game has been pushed to next year.

In addition to the release date confirmation, Warner Bros. Interactive also announced two Collector’s Editions, the more expensive of which is going to feature a fully transforming Batmobile statue.

Batman: Arkham Knight is being called the “explosive finale” to Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy. The game is set one year after the events of Arkham City where Batman must once again protect the city from a new breed of villains.
