Ubisoft has today announced Assassin’s Creed: ‘Birth of a New World – The American Saga’ or Assassin’s Creed: The American Saga for short.

The ‘saga’ bundles the three American-based Assassin’s Creed titles in the series – Assassin’s Creed III, Assassin’s Creed: Liberation and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.

According to the announcement, the bundle will be available on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC and will release on October 3 in Europe and October 23 in the US.

In Assassin’s Creed III, you play as Connor to safeguard the “freedom of your clan”. As the American colonies draw closer in 1775, Connor will act as the turning point in history and become the spark that ignites the revolution into a full blaze.

Assassin’s Creed: Liberation sees you fill the shoes of the female assassin Aveline who will utilize every weapon and skill available in her arsenal to guarantee freedom. The year is 1765 and the events lead up to the American revolution in the third installment.

In this HD remake, the Spanish forces plan to take control of Louisiana in the south and fortify the position. Aveline however is going to make sure their plans spring a leak.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag was revolutionary in the fact of its open-naval-world.

The pirates era in the Caribbean, with the lawlessness, corruption and cruelty, will just be what the doctor ordered for the young captain Edward Kenway.

While his personal quest has landed him with respect from pirates like Blackbeard, his actions have also drawn him into the ancient war between Assassins and Templars.
