Bungie’s Launch Q&A Reveals New Info About Destiny End Game

By   /   Sep 6, 2014

One of the biggest titles of this year, Destiny is going to see the light of day in just three days and in the weekly Q&A session, developers have answered multiple questions asked by the fans and reveal a lot of new details on the game.

First thing which was revealed was that the beta participants of the game will receive a special nameplates, and all the community members of Bungie can also take special badges for all the work that they have done for the game on Forums.

All of these bonuses will be given to you in the game, upon visiting Tess in the Tower. Bungie also answered a question about what to do when you reach the level cap of 20:

Destiny really begins at Level 20. Afterwards, each player’s power is displayed as their Light Level – this is the yellow number in their nameplate post-20 in the Tower. The way to increase that Level? Get better gear.

Strikes and Crucible matches can award powerful gear and currencies which you’ll use to buy Legendary (purple) gear from the Tower. Players can choose to champion one of our three Factions (New Monarchy, Dead Orbit, or Future War Cult) in both cooperative and competitive activities. This allows them to rank up and purchase gear from a particular Faction.

A lot of people were worried that they will just lose the motivation to play any further after reaching Level 20, but now this answer should really excite them for what’s coming in the full version of the game.

Furthermore, there will be bounties in the game offered by Xander 99-40 daily, which will engage you in variety of activities and in exchange for completing the bounties, you will get experience and reputation rewards.

The wait is almost over for Destiny as it is going to launch on coming Tuesday for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
