Street Fighter 4 Creator Working on a New Project With Capcom

By   /   Sep 2, 2014

Yoshinori Ono, one of the main men behind the famous fighting franchise Street Fighter has revealed via his twitter account that Dimps in collaboration with Capcom is working on a new project.

Earlier this year, Ono did tease a new Street Fighter title as he stated that the game is in planning stages at the moment and it wouldn’t be surprising to see Street Fighter V making its way on current gen consoles in next couple of years.

Dimps previously worked on Street Fighter IV with Capcom and the studio also has gained fair share of experience as it has worked on the games like Street Fighter X Tekken and Drgaon Ball Z, Sonic: The Hedgehog 4 and a lot more.

Whatever they are working on, it is quite likely that somehow it is related to the new Street Fighter game, but until an official announcement is made, we cannot say anything with certainty.

Hopefully, we will get more details on whatever Dimps and Capcom are working on at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show on 19th of September.

What do you think Yoshinori Ono is brewing at Dimps studio?
