New Shadow of Mordor Trailer Introduces Ratbag the Coward
Monolith revealed a new story oriented trailer for their upcoming Middle-Earth Shadow Of Mordor. The trailer introduces the Orcs kind, one of such Orc will help our protagonist in his quest to take revenge from an entire army.
The Orc will play the role of your double agent on the inside and from the looks of trailer brings some comic elements to the dark and gruesome world of Middle-Earth. Known as Ratbag among his kind, the Orc will be on Talion’s side and will be handy for him in assassinating key-personnel of the Orcish Military.
Why has this “lonely Orch Soldier” turned in his own kind remains unknown but it seems that the poor guy received a death sentence for some reason and is saved by Talion in exchange for his help, which by the way he seemed more than happy to do.
Middle-Earth Shadow Of Mordor takes place between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings and puts the players in shoes of Talion who is a ranger of Gondor responsible for guarding the Black Gate of Mordor.
He along with his entire family is killed by Sauron’s armies, but Talion is revived with “wraith-like abilities” and heads into Mordor to take his revenge.
Middle Earth Shadow Of Mordor is a cross-gen game and will be available on PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 this year on September 30 with the PC version coming a few days later on October 2nd.
