Super Smash Bros. 3DS Character Customization Screen Shared By Masahiro Sakurai
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is going to release in Japan in just over two weeks and to get the fans in the mood for the game, Director Mashiro Sakurai has released the first picture of character customization screen.
As you can see in the image above, you will be able to customize the character’s headgear, equipment, specials, outfits and powers, giving you the control to create whatever you think is the best suitable fighter for you.
Attached with this image was a statement from Sakurai, which read:
Customize your characters in the Custom section. It sounded better to customize “characters” instead of “fighters,” so that’s what we went with. There are various ways to customize, but make sure you remember to set up the powers you’re bringing with you before playing a round of Smash Run.
The gameplay of Super Smash Bros. will be very similar to the previous entries in the series, as up to four players will be able to participate in the match and beat each other with different combination of moves.
The graphics of Nintendo 3DS version will not look as good as Wii U version of the game, but the gameplay features and roster will stay the same.
Super Smash Bros. 3DS version is going to launch in Japan on 13th of September, while the rest of the world will get in on 3rd October.
